The fact that it will be a wearable device that presumably attaches to your wrist, even though I sure it will display the time, doesn automatically make it a watch just like the fact the iPhone shows you the time when you view it lockscreen doesn make it a watch either. I still going to be surprised if Apple choose to call it iWatch.

I expecting this device to be either one of two things:

A small and simple device without a display or with a tiny display to show the time whose almost sole purpose is to measure biometric and environmental data heartbeat, movement, air quality, UV, ect.

A larger device, approximately the width of an iPhone 5 with a display roughly 2.5x2 in size, which provides an interface for Siri as well as the aforementioned sensors basically an iPhone lockscreen on your wrist. It primary purpose will still be to measure data with the Siri/lockscreen functionality being secondary.

Either way it will be nothing like a Galaxy Gear or an iPod nano watch because those type of devices already exist and are pointless and gimmicky, and Apple knows this. Their device will be unique both in functionality and design, and in typical Apple fashion it will be stylish and a must have tech accessory.

close this windowyoull need to or register to do thatcreate a new accountall it takes is a username and password.
